In 2022, Kascoplex was commissioned by Zwirs Horti Projects to supply 16 mm Kascolite in the clear and opal variants for an industrial space to be built. Both variants feature an X-structure for the best insulation value and strength in the facades and deck.

In the facades, gable ventilation has been installed in some parts, this also incorporates the Kascolite boards.

The cladding panels were all cut and taped delivered according to drawings, meaning with a bevel at the top to fit perfectly into the ridge.
